Returns & Exchanges

At Scotch & Soda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't quite right, you can return them within 60 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping box and include the completed return form provided in your package.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the status of your return until it reaches our warehouse.
